The platform spalatorii-auto.ro (hereinafter "the Platform") is operated by S.C. MUNTEANU DEV TECH S.R.L., registered at Bdul. Siderurgistilor 30, Bl. SD4B, Sc. 1, Et. 1, Ap. 3, 800235 Galați, Romania, Trade Register no. J17/2062/2022, Tax ID 47145563. The Platform provides an intermediary service between partner car washes and customers who wish to make online reservations.
"User" — any person who accesses or uses the Platform, either as a customer (person making reservations) or as a car wash owner (person listing their business). "Service" — the functionalities offered by the Platform: listing car washes, booking appointments, account management, SMS notifications. "Content" — texts, images, data, or other materials published on the Platform by users or the Platform operator.
By accessing and using the Platform, you accept these Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your account and the accuracy of the data you provide. Using the Platform for illegal, abusive purposes, or in ways that could affect its operation (spam, attacks, scraping, etc.) is not permitted.
Reservations are made through the Platform and are automatically confirmed via SMS if the car wash has available SMS credits. You can cancel a reservation at least 1 hour before the scheduled time. The Platform does not charge fees for reservations — payment for car wash services is made directly at the car wash. The Platform is not responsible for the quality of services provided by car washes.
Car wash owners can create an account, list their business, and manage reservations through the control panel. The monthly subscription includes visibility on the Platform and SMS credits. Prices and packages are displayed in the control panel and may be modified with prior notice. Non-payment of the subscription results in hiding the car wash from the public listing.
The Platform is an intermediary and provides no guarantees regarding the availability, quality, or safety of services provided by partner car washes. We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profit, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control. The Platform is provided "as-is", without express or implied warranties.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Changes take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
Online payments for subscriptions and SMS credits are processed through Netopia Payments (NETOPIA PAYMENTS S.R.L.), an authorized payment processor. The Platform does not store your card data — it is handled exclusively by Netopia in accordance with PCI DSS standards. After payment confirmation, the invoice is automatically generated through Oblio and submitted electronically to ANAF (e-factura). Invoices are available in PDF format in the Billing section of the control panel. Displayed prices include VAT (19%). Monthly subscription: 99 RON (30 days visibility + 100 SMS). 100 SMS credits pack: 20 RON.
In accordance with OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, digital services purchased through the Platform (subscriptions, SMS credits) are activated immediately after payment confirmation. By completing the purchase, you confirm that you agree to the immediate activation of the service and understand that you waive your right of withdrawal within 14 days, in accordance with Article 16(m) of OUG 34/2014. No refunds are issued for services that have already been activated.
